My passion and forte is positioning early to later stage, and sustainably-oriented technology companies (or corp. divisions) for market entry and or expansion, and propelling them to become the next $1B “unicorn”. From mapping strategic direction and global distribution plans to building and coaching high-performing sales, marketing, ops, and engineering teams (Brook Lang has managed teams of 400+), I have sustained success in exceeding sales revenue numbers in excess of $800m and corporate KPI’s by over 100%. Collaborating with executive management, board members, internal product development teams, and other entrepreneurs, I look to shaping data-driven, next-generation B2B and B2B2C SaaS Enterprise cloud solution sets, boosting product offerings, obtaining enthusiastic buy-in from ISV, GSI, and IT/management consulting firms and adding new revenue streams to organizations.
